Shipping Terms:

We have two current locations, one in the U. S. and one in the U. K. We will try to ship from the location that is the closest to you. However our U. K. location has more items in stock and we tend to ship from that location more often. We will include an invoice with your order lower than what is stated on ebay, because we do not add on the shipping fees or ebay/paypal fees we must pay. At this time we must include an invoice with every order due to international customs. If you don't agree to the price listed on ebay, please do not purchase.

Delivery Time:

We try to have items shipped within 48 hours but it can take up to 5 days before your order leaves one of our warehouses.

We ship internationally and shipping time can vary greatly from country to country. Once your item is marked as shipped it should take no longer than 15 business days to receive your book. Under normal circumstances you should receive your book in 5 to 15 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days please contact us ASAP so we can fix it and make it right.

If you have a problem with your order please contact us and we will resolve it. We will usually respond within 24 hours. We care about or feedback and always want to receive 5 star DSR ratings. So please contact us before leaving bad feedback or bad ratings and we will try to make you happy.

We do ship to most countries, but we do have some exceptions below. If your country is not on the list please contact us before ordering. We may be able to ship your order from our US warehouse if the item is in stock at that location. If your country is not on the list below their may also be additional shipping cost, so please make sure you contact us before ordering.
