400 gln per hr Commercial Biodiesel processor, Settling tanks & Dry wash system

The system is called a B500 processor which I purchased from Florida BioDiesel. I have gotten it operational but had to discontinue due to time commitments. I am looking to sell it all at a discount as its costing me to keep storing it - GREAT opportunity to buy a turn-key commercial system. It works great and has been very lightely used.

It produced 400 gln batchs every hour, and you keep transferring the methylester into the holding tanks to settle for 4 hours.

I bought two 500 gln cone bottomed settling tanks with heavy duty steel frames in new condition. I have a 3rd 500 gln tank that I will include with the system.

I will also inlcude a 1200 gln tank that I was going to use to hold finished product.

Also I added a brand new 7.5hp phase converter so the system runs on 220 single phase. I worked with the manufacturer to match the right converter to the system. The pump is a 3 phase 440 so wherever you want to put the system you will be fine. I had it wired directly to 3 phase 440 in the 1st building I was in but then moved and added the phase converter as 3 phase wasn't available. The phase coverter only has a few hours on it.

I also built a heavy duty steel frame that the reactor and methonol tank are bolted to, this way you get it up off the ground.

- Titration kit and safety wear.
- 10 bags KOH

All this is worth over $30,000 not including the time needed to assemble as well as delays on individual items being delivered. It took alot of effort to assemble but now can be easily moved and ready for production within a couple of hours.
