Please contact us prior to return. In the unfortunate event that an item is received broken or otherwise damaged in shipping, we will refund the cost of the item plus shipping and handling after we have received photos and the necessary paperwork we require for the insurance claim has been received. The refund will be made in same method of payment. i.e. Paypal payment will be refunded to your paypal account etc. The item and packaging must be kept until we receive payment for the claim.
