• Do you require signature confirmation for delivery?

• Due to eBay's policies and for the protection of both the buyer and the seller, we require signature verification of delivery if the total dollar amount of all items in a given shipment is more than $250.

• I am buying multiple items from you. Can you combine shipping?

• Yes, but only under certain circumstances.

  1. In order to receive our combined shipping discount, all items must be purchased on the same day and appear on the same invoice. All items must be paid for within 48 hours.
  2. What is covered? Only smaller items can be shipped together.
     • Devices covered by combined shipping are: phones, MP3 players, cameras, lenses, camcorders, game consoles, game media, GPS units, car audio, radar detectors, external hard drives, satellite radios, streaming media, mice, keyboards, computer speakers.
     • Items NOT covered by combined shipping are: laptop computers, desktop computers, computer monitors, HDTVs; any home audio or video components, receivers, or speakers
  3. What will you combine?
     • We will combine smaller items from the included list with a single item from the items not covered (for example, one or more phones with a desktop computer).
     • We will NOT under any circumstances combine shipping on the larger items (desktops, laptops, monitors, HDTVs).
  4. What is the cost? If you have multiple orders that are eligible for combined shipping, you will be charged the highest shipping price (i.e., the price for the largest item) plus between $3 and $35 for each additional smaller item, depending on the item.
  5. Will you combine items on multiple invoices? No. If you want items to be combined into the same shipment and get combined pricing, they must all appear and be paid for under the same invoice. No exceptions made.

• Can you ship outside of the United States?

• AlltechWholesale does not support international transactions or international shipping under any circumstances, nor we do not ship to freight forwarders. We only ship within the Continental US.

• Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. Territories?

• No, we only ship to the lower 48 states of the United States.

• Can you ship to an Air, Army, or Fleet Post Office (APO/FPO) overseas?

• No, we only ship to the lower 48 states of the United States.

• Can you ship to a PO Box

• No unfortunately AlltechWholesale only ships to street addresses recognized as valid by all major shipping carriers.

• How long before you ship my item?

• AlltechWholesale ships out every order as quickly as possible after the payment is received. In most cases, this results in your product being shipped on the next business day (Monday through Friday). However, on occasion we may receive a large number of orders in a short period of time which may slightly delay shipping of your item.

  That said, our business depends on keeping you happy by getting orders shipped out as quickly as possible.

• Can I make special arrangements to have my shipment expedited?

• For this item and for select other items in our inventory, yes. We plan to be offering this service across all of our inventory soon.

• How does expedited shipping work?
• • Select this option during the check-out/payment process.
  • We guarantee shipment within 1 business day of all expedited shipping items where your payment clears PayPal by 2:00 p.m. central time. Please note that eChecks generally take 3-5 days to clear and for us to receive the funds. In this case (or in any other where payment is delayed), your shipment will be expedited once the funds are received in our PayPal account.
  • Our expedited shipments are sent via FedEx Express

• AlltechWholesale accepts US PayPal payments only. No other forms of payment are accepted. We do not accept payments from International PayPal accounts.

• AlltechWholesale requires immediate payment on Buy It Now transactions.

• Please make payments within 48 hours of the auction’s close. Any item not paid for within 48 hours may be subject to being relisted as a new auction without any notification to the original customer.

• We can only process orders paid through the eBay invoice. If you cannot pay with PayPal via the eBay invoice, please do not bid on this or any other item.

• Please note that eBay will automatically open an Unpaid Item claim if this item is not paid within 4 days of you winning this item.
