DELIVERY

 Items are sent out same day or next day after clear payment.

We can also deliver items through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please ensure that you select the required postage option. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery of a parcel, the parcel will be sent to your local Royal Mail Sorting Office. If the item has not been collected within 2 weeks, it will be returned to us. We will then ask you to repay the original postage cost of the item or a refund will be given less the postage costs. In a unlikely event you do not receive your item, a full refund or exchange will be given. Postage is recorded so items are tracked.

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted  for unworn goods returned in original packaging. Returns must be notified and returned 14 days of receipt. Return address is on the front of the packaging slip you've received please send a cover note of why you are returning item, item number, your name and address.

Please note even though some of the items show free postage, it does cost to post a item, so therefore postage charges are not refundable.

If we sent wrong size or item by mistake (Which is very rare) we will refund your postage costs back to you, once item has been received.

If you have ordered wrong size or item by mistake, please send it back and we will exchange size or item, postal charges will occur. It is the buyers responsibility to determine and incur any additional costs, including postage and any duties and/or taxes.
