This is a Wyndham Vacation Resorts timeshare unit. You are not required to attend a timeshare sales presentation or to accept a Welcome Gift.
You will be the guest of the owner.
The final bid price or buy it now is the total price you will pay for this vacation.
This includes all taxes, name transfer fee, guest & cleaning fees.

A credit card is required at check-in. A minimum $150 pre-authorization will be applied to allow you room charging privileges.
Once the Auction ends, Please email me one Guest name for the reservation and 2 contact phone numbers. I need this information as soon as possible.
Please e-mail this and all information to me right away.
For auctions with a check-in date that is greater than 60 days away, the guest name will not be added until about 40-50 days prior to check-in. I will gladly email a copy of the reservation in the owner?s name within 7 business days as proof of your vacation and then I will email the confirmation with your name as guest at about 40-50 days before check in.
For auctions less then 60 days away; Once I receive the Guest name and phone numbers as well as your payment, I will add the name to the reservation and I will email it to you within about 7 business days. You will need to print the reservation confirmation and take it with you to the resort when you check in.
I will do my best to email the reservation confirmation to you in the stated time frame but from time to time there are unforeseen circumstances due to the amount of condos I rent that will cause a delay in the email delivery of your confirmation. This is in no way effects your reservation and I will email the confirmation to you as soon as it is available.

This is the Timetogovacation Cancellation policy and was created by us.
Cancellations: If a situation happens that you must cancel 16 days or more before check-in date (if less then 16 days before check-in you must have paid for the cancellation insurance), please call ASAP as we will (Based on availability) be able to rebook, at your convenience, another 60 day or less reservation before check-in (arrival) date for $99.00, the cost of the Guest Name change. There are no refunds, but every attempt will be made to rebook a future trip. Based on availability, and seasonal rates must be considered. This offer to rebook does not expire. Cancellations 16 days or more before check-in date will not require another rebooking fee (when rebooking). Cancellations 15 days or less before check-in will not be able to be rebooked & loss of entire vacation. We do have cancellation insurance which allows you to rebook a similar vacation or apply total amount to another vacation with no expiration date.
Conditions: Must be at least 23 years of age with a major credit card (required for security deposit).
