Return Policy
We accept returns on all items bought via Buy It Now listings or Second Chance offers providing;
· You have emailed us within 7 days of receiving the item
· Your email includes your item number and user ID and reason for wishing to return your item
· The goods arrive back in the same condition that they left us
Sorry we do not pay return postage and packing or refund the initial postage and packing paid.
We will refund only your winning bid amount subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the winning bid.
Your refund will only be issued by using the same payment method.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AGREED BEFOREHAND
All other auction listings are sold “as is” and returns are not normally accepted for antiques, collectables or second hand goods
