Returns are accepted within 14 days after item was delivered, IF THE ITEM IS RETURNED IN ABSOLUTELY UNUSED CONDITION. (Boots can be tried on only on carpet.) Item must be returned by UPS, packaged as carefully as it was received. Buyer must contact seller for return shipping address. 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the sale price.
