These boots are made from genuine leathers that often bear the natural markings of the animal's environment. These markings, if any, only enhance the beauty of natural materials that are selected to make quality Tony Lama boots.

Returns are accepted within 14 days after item was delivered, IF THE ITEM IS RETURNED IN ABSOLUTELY UNUSED CONDITION. (Boots can be tried on only on carpet.) Item must be returned by UPS, packaged as carefully as it was received. Buyer must contact seller for return shipping address. 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the sale price. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Refund will be processed through PayPal within 7 days after the return item is received.
