Call toll-free 866 805 8005 to discuss your needs. These 12' fronts are easily modified for smaller or larger openings. Here are the original ARC aluminum, safety, stall front kits - brand new. Read on to see why ARC stalls are better. The heavyweight, heavy-duty bars are 44% heavier and 3 1/2" longer than competitive products and made of a super, high-strength aluminum alloy that makes our bars over 80% stronger than similar-looking aluminum products. No one else in the industry uses the special high-strength alloy we use. It costs more and it's well-worth it. The bar gap is a narrow 2 2/3" (Vets tell us an adult hoof can slip through any gap over 2 3/4". Standard 3" gaps are just too big for safety). The latch has an automatic, spring loaded tongue that snaps in to protect the horses walking by. The door hardware supplied includes an 8', round, self-cleaning, galvanized, door slide rail above and a heavy duty stay roller below. (square slide rails retain dirt and are not self-centering) The kit includes bearing-loaded, Delrin rollers that move with a light touch and no squealing that can spook your horses. Please note the last photo showing 6 year old rusted steel stalls. Our customer was so upset that she put in all new ARC aluminum stalls. Steel stalls all rust - sooner or later. Coatings like galvanize, galvalume, paint and powder coat just delay rusting. Horses lick & chew, equipment scratches off coatings, and welded joints are difficult to coat. It's just the nature of steel. Your wood + our hardware = strong & beautiful stalls. ARC systems use standard 2x lumber. (1.5" thick) Here's an ARC innovation: All no-weld stall kits of this type, except ours, use foam strips to minimize bar rattle. The problem: foam breaks-down and the bars get loose. The ARC stall does not use foam. We have springy, polymer, tension pads - top & bottom - that hold the bars much tighter than foam, and they last and last. There's nothing like this critical, hidden component that adds one more reason why our stalls are truly great - not just this year, but for many years. No one else has it! The photos show our optional one-hand operated, double-latched, swinging feed door and drop-down socializing door. We also have optional scoop-size grain openings, side grills, lower ventilation grills with 7/8" bar gaps, massive 1/8" wall super-heavy bars, door components, replacement door kits, and other size stall fronts, too. If you're interested, we'll create a new ebay listing for any of these other items we produce. All of the photos shown here are customer installations. Following are some customer comments: Kim in Oregon - Not sure if I ever emailed to say how wonderful the stall fronts are. They are everything I expected and more. I looked at several stall fronts, some twice the price, and your product just is better. Kristie in New York - The stall fronts are gorgeous! I am so pleased. The doors slide like a hot knife through butter. Our barn looks so professional! Kim Dance in Connecticut - We put up a 10 stall barn with galvanized stall fronts 8 years ago, but we switched to yours for this barn because they are (the 8 year old galvanized stalls) rusting away. (As she ordered 13 more ARC heavy-duty, aluminum, safety stalls with grain openings to go with the 3 she purchased last year) You can see Kim's barn by pasting this web address into your browser: http://cityslickerkids.org/photos?album=1&gallery=7 Steve Phillips in Scottsburg IN - Everything went quite easily. It made a nice installation. (as he was ordering a 16' stall front kit and swinging feed door to go with the 2 he purchased last year) Dr. Hough, DVM in WV - I love them. They look great. (After building 13 stalls + window grills) Suzanne Mauro in Plymouth IN - Hi Jeff, I ordered these 2 stalls last fall and love them. I was wondering if I could order 2 more, the exact same kind? Ray & Tracy in NC - Hey Jeff, Here are some pics of the barn stalls. Very pleased with the way it came out...Thanks for everything and all your extra help...I will be glad to give you a recommendation if anyone needs a reference. (Ray & Tracy's barn is the photo with the roof peaked over the center aisle - 15 stalls. They put in drop-down socializing doors and scoop-size grain openings) Dr. Rebecca Whigham in Dublin GA - I'm real pleased with the stall fronts. They look good and they clean well. (As she was ordering one more with a socializing door and a scoop opening for her new horse to go with the stall fronts she bought 6 years ago.) Kenneth McClamrock, NC - Stalls turned out great. (Ken's barn is the photo with the drop-down socializing door. He built his stalls with planed and sealed red oak.) Ron in York, SC - We love em. They're great! (as he was ordering 1 more with a swinging feed door to go with the 3 he bought 2 years ago) Gina in Pennsylvania - Got the stalls in and put them up over the weekend. We are pros now, took no time at all. Mary Boisvert in Wisconsin - We are really happy with the way the stalls turned out. I would be happy to talk to anyone that wants my opinion of your stalls...we are so happy with them! (Mary’s brand new heated breeding, boarding, and training barn is equipped with ARC aluminum stalls and swinging feed doors. Search for Mary & Jay’s website: boisvertfarms Barbara in South Carolina - The stalls are wonderful. They're 3 years old now, and they're wearing like the day we put them in. These are much better than the similar (aluminum) ones we saw in Pennsylvania. (as she was ordering additional parts to complete her barn) Kevin in Maine - My farrier asked me if I would buy them again. I told him without a doubt. They saved me time and the finished product is virtually maintenance free. (Kevin built a 26 stall barn with swinging feed doors.) Dr Sean Strain, DVM, Strain Equine Services, Bonner Springs Kansas - They're absolutely gorgeous. I get compliments on them every day. (as he was ordering additional stall fronts with feed doors for his newly remodeled equine facility) Kathy in Michigan - They look awesome! Heidi Bemiss in Pennsylvania - It's the best looking barn I've ever had! Steve in Massachusetts - We love the stall fronts and will be putting in at least 4 more stalls this summer. Beth in Vermont - Hi Jeff. We have our new stalls done, and we are really thrilled with them. Once Steve figured out the system, ... it went very quickly. Thanks again, Beth ---. LeAnna Totten, Crossville TN - I have to get some pics out to you because the stalls we have turned out beautiful. I love your stall grills. (email after her 2nd purchase of 3 ARC 12' stall fronts) Dale Hedrick, Lexington NC - Wanted to send you a couple of pictures of the stall fronts I purchased. Everything went together perfectly and instantly made my barn look better. I couldn't be happier with them and plan on ordering 2 more sets later this year. (Dale purchased 2 stall fronts with drop-down socializing doors.) Todd Dunsmore, Valeville Indiana - They're great. Everybody (who) comes in (says) - "They're nice!" (Todd has purchased ARC aluminum stalls 3 times previously. This 4th order was for extra grills) Joe in Ontario Canada - Your stalls are awesome, Jeff. I'll be ordering 3 more soon. (Joe has now ordered 3 more with feed & drop doors.) Doug Bell, Bridle K Stables, Morrisonville IL - They turned out so well ... they're so good. (Doug purchased 10 stall fronts. You can see his website by searching for bridle k stables) Sharon in Texas - I built the stalls by myself and I am a 44 year old female so don't think it can't be done. My friends tell me it looks like a professional job and that I need to quit my job and start building stalls for a living. (Sharon's barn is photo #7 - 3 in a row. We're very proud of her) Kristen in Ohio - We love these stalls, and everyone who comes in the barn compliments them. (As she ordered 2 more to go with the 4 she had previously purchased.) Kenneth M in North Carolina. - The stalls turned out great. (KM's barn is the photo with the socializing door) Jami in Indiana - I cannot tell you how much I like these stalls. Whenever people come into my barn, the first thing they notice is the stalls and let me know how nice they look. They were very easy to assemble. (Jami has now purchased 2 additional stall fronts with scoop-size grain openings to go with the 1st 2 she bought) Marilyn in Washington - Hi Jeff, Just wanted you to know that the stalls are finished and except for some help hanging the doors I did them by myself (I'm 67). They look fabulous and everyone is amazed at their beauty. I'm thrilled. (Marilyn's barn is the 2 stalls with treated lumber at the bottom - photo #8. She asked lots of questions, and it seems we answered them OK. Just look at the stunning result. Way to go, Marilyn!) Marshall in Maine - They're just beautiful! Chris & Julie in Michigan - everyone who has seen our barn has complimentary
remarks about the quality look of the ARC stalls. .... Jeff has
been very accommodating ...and the materials arrive at our door
within 2 days of the order. My wife and I, working together have a system
where we can easily put together one of these stall kits in less than 2 hours.
This includes building and hanging the door and installing both
front and side wall bars. Repeat business from folks like Dr Strain, Bobby, Joe, Suzanne, Rebecca, Jami, Kim, Kristen, Ron, LeAnna, Todd and Leah (in the comments above) is what makes our job rewarding. You know you're doing it right when folks (especially equine vets) order a 2nd and 3rd time or tell their friends. (We've used quotes and full names with permission) Free freight applies to the 24 states in yellow & amber surrounding Ohio on the map above. For shipping to green states on the map, add $15. In the red & orange areas, add $25. We only ship to Canada and the lower 48 states. (We feel badly for our friends who are far from our Ohio location, but heavy, bulky shipments cost much more as we ship farther away.) Email for subsidized freight rates to Canada.
