Be sure you read and understand the exchange policy before ordering. By ordering from Body Nook you agree to the following terms:

* Before returning any item you must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number.
* Please email us within 3 days of receiving your item. Include your order #, Name, Phone Number and the problem. We will contact you to let you know how to proceed. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.
* All returns must reach us within 7 days of receiving your order for exchange.
* Item must be unworn with all tags attached and all original packaging included. Item must be in resalable condition.
* No items will be accepted for exchange that smells of smoke, perfume or any other odors, regardless if the item has not been worn.
* Due to government health regulations there are no returns or exchanges on any thongs, panties, petticoats, stockings or hats.
* Shoes must be unworn in the original box with all packaging & tags to be eligible for exchange.
* Any item received without an RA # will not be exchanged and will be refused.
* Please insure any items you are returning and keep your receipt along with your tracking number. We are not responsible for any package that is lost or damaged in the mail.
* Shipping & Handling charges are non refundable under any circumstances.



Holiday Season Costume Return & Exchange Policy:

* All Halloween costume orders made between October 1st through November 5th are final sales. Please be sure before you order as there are no exceptions.
* Christmas and other Holiday items after December 5th are final sale.
* Please take care in ordering your correct size as there are no exceptions.
