We use UPS Ground for the majority of our shipments, however we will also use the U.S. postal service for smaller packages and international orders. We ask that you please check individual auctions for additional shipping information. Also remember that UPS may require a signature on some deliveries. The U.S. Postal Service does not scan all packages and does not have real-time tracking information available. Items ordered to a post office box or military address (APO/FPO) must be sent via USPS.

Orders are not shipped until all items on the order are in stock. If you have a question pertaining to stock, please e-mail us. The cut-off time for orders to ship the same business day is 1PM EST. Handling time is same day if all items on the order are in stock, and usually 1-2 business days if not. Business hours are Monday – Friday 9-6 EST. Orders ship from our NY Warehouse.

Once your package is shipped you will get an email confirming the ship date and tracking number if tracking is available for that package.

Orders ship only to physical addresses in the 50 United States (except APO and FPO addresses). Orders placed with P.O. Box addresses or addresses in foreign countries or U.S. territories will not be shipped until the shipping address is valid.

Once an order has been shipped, its destination cannot be modified. If the order is returned because it could not be received at the shipping address given, we can accept the return but we cannot refund the shipping charges.

Combined Shipping Discounts:

We always combine shipping to save our customers money.  If you are purchasing multiple items, when you are finished shopping just click on the request a total from the seller, and we will send you an invoice with the combined shipping rate.

Returns:

We will fully refund any unopened/unused product for a period of 14 days after shipping date, product must be in its original packaging. Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for return freight charges.

We are not held responsible for health or fitness claims, or any general or specific guarantees made by manufacturers for their products. However, we will work with the manufacturer and you, the consumer, with returns or refunds directly related to any manufacturer "money back" product performance guarantees with in the guidelines of the manufacturer.

International Orders:

VERY IMPORTANT: We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside the United States. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.We are not responsible for items seized in customs, so please know your local laws pertaining to the items you order.

We do not alter customs fees in any way and will not change customs details. Please do not ask. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts”. U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. The customer also assumes full responsibility for seized items and no refunds will be given for the shipping costs incurred. If item is not returned by foreign customs, no refund will be given for the product.

The laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your countrys Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.

We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the confirmed paypal address that you provide. We will give you the best service and ship it very quick at the rates that we have agreed to on our site. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package and handling costs. Small bottles are cheaper to ship than heavy nutrition bars and protein powders.

Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.

By ordering from our site you are stating that you agree to the above paragraphs. Do not worry though, we rarely have problems with international shipments and almost all products are legal in almost all countries.

International shipments: We can ship most of our item but not all our items to Canada, The UK and Australia. Most international packages are shipped USPS and may not have a tracking number available. Transit time for International shipments may be 2-4 weeks as customs has increased security significantly and are inspecting packages more closely. All other countries will be on a case by case basis. We cannot ship to Germany.

1. First of all, be sure to choose the Flat Rate /USPS Priority Mail shipping option. You do not need to choose the more expensive international options, no matter where you are!
2. Use the following format for filling out the paypal address form:

You do not need to enter in the actual city, state or country of where you are located. Enter APO or FPO for the city and AP or AE for the state.
