mailer and produced to a high standard. These mailers are then sealed
and shipped out. The actual CD-ROM is not sealed but they are Brand New
and have never been used.

apply. For our international customers outside the UK we can offer

My CD-ROM is showing as blank.
What should I do?

All of our discs are electronically verified so they are unlikely to be
blank. Windows based computers CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drivers over time and
usage can become corrupted or out of date. This can cause discs to show
as blank even if they are not. Please make sure you download the latest
drivers for your disc drive or use the fixes that Windows offer at
their website. Please also try reinserting the disc a few times until
the CD runs correctly. Please contact for help and support and we will
gladly help you with this issue. We also have alternative ways to
deliver the training course to you. We offer full customer support so
please contact use before leaving feedback so that we can help you.
