Answer: Of course!  $5 will be taken off the combined shipping charge of each additional item purchased.  Please wait until all items are purchased before completing checkout.  The shipping discount is automatically calculated.

Question: Why are your shipping charges so high for this item?

Answer: Due to the size of this product, our shipping carriers calculate the shipping rates based on the size of the box and not the actual weight of the product.  This item ships at a much higher weight than the actual weight of the package.

Question: Do you allow local pickup?

Answer: We do apologize, but we do not currently offer a local pickup service.

Question: How do I return an item?

Answer: All items that want to be returned need a return authorization (RA) number.  Please email us to obtain this number, along with instructions for your merchandise return.

Answer: We normally expect payment within 7 days.  Of course, you can always email us with any special circumstances.  We are very understanding.

Question: Can I pay with a credit card over the phone?

Answer: Our system is currently only set up to take credit cards online through PayPal.  Paying through PayPal is also the fastest way to get your order processed.

Question: Do you charge sales tax?

Answer: We only charge sales tax for items being shipped within California.  The current sales tax rate in our county is 8.75%.
