Guidelines For Completing Your Transaction

Shipping:
We offer you the choice of shipping method when you go through our online checkout. Please click on the Shipping & Payments tab above to get a specific shipping cost for your location. We generally ship complete golf sets inside the continental United States with UPS Ground Service. For orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or USVI there is an additional surcharge.
We also have express shipping options that you can select during the online checkout process. Additional fees apply.
UPS Ground service typically takes 2 to 4 business days to reach most destinations inside the United States. Delivery days and times are not guaranteed, but tracking information will be provided via our automated email system as soon as your package is ready to ship.
Please note that we typically ship all orders in about 1 business day after you complete the transaction through eBay's secure checkout system. You will be notified by our automated email system as soon as your order has been processed and your package is ready to ship.
Buyers in the Dallas / Ft Worth area:
We offer a local pickup option for our customers residing in the DFW Metroplex. We are located at 9673 Wendell Road in Dallas. Online order pickup is available Monday through Friday, 8am until 4pm. Please note that a few of the products we sell ship directly from the manufacturer and are not available for immediate pickup at our warehouse. If you want to check on the status of a product, just give us a call or send us a message.
Canadian Buyers:
All complete golf set shipments to Canada are done with UPS. Please see the Shipping & Payments tab above for a specific shipping cost to your location. Dallas Golf is not responsible for any brokerage fees, duties, customs, and taxes. Those are to be paid by the buyer.
All International Buyers:
Complete golf set shipments are sent via UPS to all international destinations. Please click on the Shipping & Payments tab to find the cost of shipping to your specific country. Also note that Dallas Golf is not responsible for brokerage fees, duties, customs, and/or taxes. Those are to be paid by the buyer. 10 out of 10: These clubs are brand new. Never used. Never hit. Perfect condition. The clubs may or may not still be in the original factory plastic. Regardless, we do guarantee that they are absolutely, positively brand new.
9.5 out of 10: These clubs are in truly mint condition. Almost no signs of use. Could have minor signs of "shop wear".
9 out of 10: These clubs are in very good or excellent condition. Minor signs of use. These clubs may have been professionally refurbished or restored by our team of specialists. There may be very minor scratches, but otherwise in quite good condition. Playability guaranteed.
8 out of 10: These clubs are in good to very good condition. There may be minor to modest signs of wear to the club faces, the soles of the club, the grooves, and/or the grips. These clubs will still be in decent or good condition cosmetically and will perform as well as a new club from a playability standpoint. You can also be sure that these clubs have no dents or other major blemishes unless they are otherwise noted in the description above.
