Shipping

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx and/or FedEx Smart  Post, or others; with 'Delivery Confirmation' on all orders.  We make every effort to ship within two business days after payment has been received.  Delivery times as posted on each listing are formatted by eBay.  TheBabysGallerie does not quote nor guarantee delivery times.  We CANNOT be responsible for delays in delivery due to, but not limited to, the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters or any other uncontrollable factors.

Purchases may be shipped from several different distribution locations across the USA.  Shipping to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and/or other US territories, may be limited due to size and/or weight and may be subject to a shipping surcharge. Items returned due to incorrect, refused or undeliverable 'ship to' addresses are considered the same as customer returns. 

International Shipping

Some items may be available for international shipping as indicated. We will not produce false or incorrect customs documents. All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, with delivery confirmation. Duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

How to Pay for Your Purchase

We accept Pay Pal for all purchases.  For more payment assistance call us, 315.768.6150, Mon-Fri 10 am to 4 pm, Eastern Time. Items not paid for within five (5) days of purchased are no longer 'reserved' for the buyer and may cause a delay in shipping upon receipt of payment.

Returns & Refunds

Items qualifying for a return/refund, as stated on the listing, will be accepted when postmarked within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be unused and in their original packaging, exactly as received.  A product refund, less $2.99 handling charge per order, not per item, will be credited to your account.  Items received and not covered by the return policy will not be credited and customer shall be responsible for disposition of the returned item(s).  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Not subject to return are; items of 'personal use'.

Send returns to:  The Baby's Gallerie, Inc., 1200 Broad Street, Utica, NY 13501. Be sure to include your name, address, a copy of your invoice, and the reason for return. Items returned by the carrier as 'undeliverable' are refunded the same as customer returns and are   subject to the same fees and charges.

Our Facility

Our facility is located in a non-smoking, 10,000 square foot building housing our offices, warehouse, shipping & receiving.  Located just off beautiful downtown Utica, NY.  Utica is located just off I-90, between Syracuse and Albany and is 240 miles NW of New York City.

The Baby's Gallerie never: trades, sells, rents, loans or disseminates, in any way, any of their customers' information.  This includes, but not limited to: name, user name, address, telephone number, email address or record of purchases.
