UK Orders Standard shipping method is by Royal Mail small packages 2nd class with an option for 1st class and also registered (signed for), although some items, in particular more expensive will always be sent registered. Please check the listing details and upgrade should you desire a faster or more secure delivery. If you are purchasing multiple items and wish to upgrade to first class and / or registerred post, you will only need to pay the additional postage cost for the most expensive item. All other items on the order will be upgraded without further cost to the customer. If you have any doubts about the calculation for postage and packing charges, please "request an invoice", from us so we can ensure you only get charged the correct amount.
International Orders Standard shipping method is by Royal Mail Airmail Packages with an option for Royal Mail International Signed For Packages, although some items, in particular more expensive will only be sent International Signed For. Please note that Airmail Packages does not provide tracking. Should you require tracking please select "International Signed for Packages". Please check the listing details and upgrade should you desire a tracked delivery. If you are purchasing multiple items and wish to upgrade to a tracked delivery, you will only need to pay the additional postage cost for the most expensive item. All other items on the order will be upgraded without further cost to the customer. The additional cost for a tracked delivery is £4.95.

Unwanted Goods - Distance Selling Regulations You may cancel your order within seven days from the date you receive the goods. You must notify us immediately by email and return the unwanted goods to us. Provided that you return the unwanted goods within 14 days of receipt of your order, we will refund you by way of the original payment method, the full cost of the unwanted goods including the standard postage and packing charges. Refunds will be paid within seven days of the date we receive the returned goods.
If the goods have been used or are not in resaleable condition and we are advised outside the seven day period, we reserve the right to refuse issuing a credit and return them to you, or offer a return settlement less a re-stocking charge.
Returns of unwanted goods are made at your own risk and expense.
Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-standard Products If any item you receive is faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge. You must notify us by e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. If the faulty, incorrect or damaged item needs to be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order, you will be refunded for the cost of returning the item, up to the cost originally paid for post and packing. If the cost of returning the item is higher than the price originally paid for post and packing, at our discretion we may cover the higher cost of returning the item. After 30 days from receipt of your order, returns are made at the buyers risk and expense
