All orders leave us in 1 to 2 working days once your payment has cleared e.g. if you pay on Tuesday, the latest we will send the item is Thursday. We have collections Monday to Friday but we are not able to post orders on Saturdays or public holidays. We offer free postage to all UK addresses for 2^nd class post, if you need it quicker there is the option to upgrade to 1^st class at just 50p per item ordered. We will send you an email through eBay when the order is sent so you know it’s on its way.

If you are not in the UK, don’t worry we can post your order to you. There is a shipping charge involved and this is based on the weight of the parcel. However we do offer postage savings if you order more than one item so you can save by buying more from us. We try and make the shipping cost as fair as possible. We use Airmail and there is no tracking on this service.

We do our best to provide as much information in the listing but publishers do update book covers from time to time so sometimes the picture shown may be different to the one you receive. If you need a certain cover, it is better to check first. We will always supply the most up-to-date one edition of the book listed, so if you are looking for older covers, we normally cannot supply them.

Our office is open Monday to Friday, but we cannot reply to emails at night, at weekends or at public holidays. We will always try and answer your email as quick as we can and will do so via eBay messages. Please use the same method if you need to contact us. If you have not heard anything within 48 hours, please contact us again as we always reply and there will be a genuine reason why you haven’t got your email.

All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange a collection.

We accept the return of goods that have been ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable. If you want to return your item because you have changed your mind then these items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price less a 10% restocking fee will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.
