Shipping InformationAll orders ship within 1-3 business days from payment being received.Domestic Shipping All orders within the contiguous 48 states ship free using the following methods Most items shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, FPO/APO, and US Territories ship free using USPS Priority Mail. Oversized items such as rims, wheels, frames and bikes are shipped using FedEx Ground for an additional fee. International Shipping The majority of International order ship using USPS International Priority. There are a few instances where FedEx Express International is required. Shipping time is usually 7-14 days but sometimes can take up to 2 months. Shipping costs for each item is provided in their listing. We include a commercial invoice with every shipment showing the amount you paid for your items (not including the shipping cost). In most cases your country will charge you customs, duties, and/or taxes on your purchase. You are 100% responsible for these charges and we do not control these at all. Under no circumstances will we mark items as "gift" or at a lower value than what you paid. Requests to do this will be ignored. Combined Shipping If you would like your orders combined to consolidate shipping costs feel free to win the items you would like but do not pay immediately. First email us and request a combined invoice. We will then combine your items into one order with a single shipping fee. Once that new invoice is received you can pay and we will complete the order for you. Returning a Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Shipped Items:
If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered contact us within 72 hours to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange a replacement or refund. A FedEx pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you in order to return the item. Once received back we will ship out the new item or issue a full refund back to you, whichever option you prefer. For international orders we are not able to provide a prepaid shipping label but we will reimburse your return shipping costs when processing the return. We will not accept returns if the item is damaged or defective due to misuse. Returns are processed within three (3) days of receipt (not including weekends or holidays).
Returning Items for any other reason:
If you are returning an item for any other reason please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue you the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number required for the return. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs along with a restocking fee of $8 or 20%, whichever is greater, to cover our initial shipping and handling costs. If you are an international customer the restocking fee will be taken from the price of the item and original shipping will not be refunded. Wheel and Sprocket reserves the right to not issue a refund if the item is returned in a condition other than which it was received. Returns are processed within three (3) days of receipt (not including weekends or holidays).
