All items unless stated in description are shipped within 48 - 72 hours after the payment is cleared. We will ship the item to the address provided by PayPal ONLY. All items will be INSURED FOR FREE.

Domestic Shipment:  We ship all domestic items by USPS First Class Mail. It has an estimated delivery time of 3-9 business days. We also offer faster services which is USPS Express Mail (up to 2 business days, but overnight to most areas) or Priority Mail (2-5 business days). All items with the value of over $250 will have to be signed for.

In the event of a return, the shipping costs will not be refunded and the buyer will be responsible for return shipment costs. The cost of shipping with be subtracted from the total invoice amount even in case of USPS First Class Mail.

International Shipment:  All items will be shipped via USPS. Your Order will be shipped within 48 - 72 hours. We ship to Canada, Europe and Australia. Only USPS Express Mail includes tracking & Full Insurance unlike some other international services.

**The Buyer is responsible for customs, taxes, and duties that are required by the country. This amount will not be refunded in case of a return.

Returns for refund or exchange, are allowed within 14 days of the customer receiving the item under the following conditions: All items must be in the exact same condition as they were when sold, along with all the papers that came with the item. If the item is altered in any way we will not accept the return (re-sizing, special order, etc.). You must contact us to get a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number).  Item returned without RMA# will be refused.

In order for you to be eligible for a refund, the shipping date on your returned package must show that the item was out of your hands within 3 days of issuance of RMA. OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXCUSES. We will not refund shipping and handling cost. This is a no risk return policy because if you are not 100% satisfied with our product, simply return it within 14 days of receiving it as long as the item is in its original condition. Furthermore, there will be NO restocking fees for any returns as long as it is within 14 days of receiving the item. Re-stocking will be determined on case by case basis after the 14 days are over. Shipping & Handling fee will be deducted from all returns, even if you received free shipping.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days. We reserve the right to negate the terms of the aforementioned return policy if we feel that there is evidence of abuse or wrongdoing.
