We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually the next day. We also combine shipping, just wait for a combined invoice before paying!
Items will only be shipped to Paypal confirmed addresses.
While there may be less expensive shipping options. We have found Priority Mail is the most cost effective for our customers. The increase in shipping cost is minimal and the shipping materials are free, so there is no cost to pass on to you!
International items must ship by Express Mail International in order to provide delivery confirmation. You are responsible for any additional costs charged by your local Customs Office.
We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. Unless otherwise stated, you will receive exactly what is pictured and nothing more. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
