New: An item that has never been opened or removed from the manufacturer's sealing (if applicable). Item is in original shrink wrap (if applicable). See the seller notes above for more details.
Like New/Excellent: An item that looks as if it was just taken out of shrink wrap. No visible wear, and all facets of the item are flawless and intact. See the seller notes above for full details and description of any imperfections. Item case may have a remainder cut-out on the spine but this should be noted in listing comments.
Very Good: An item that is used but still in very good condition. The cover art and liner notes are included. Minimal wear on the exterior of item.
Good: An Item that plays perfectly but has clear signs of wear. The jewel case is undamaged, and original cover art, liner notes and inclusions are in good, unmarked condition. The CD, cassette, LP or packaging may have identification markings from its owner.
Acceptable: An item that plays perfectly, but is otherwise the worse for wear. The jewel case or cassette case may be damaged. The cover art, liner notes or inclusions may be marked, or one or all of these items may be missing. The seller must note any missing items in their listing comments. Products must be sold with a protective jewel case or cassette case. Sellers may substitute newer packaging when a jewel case or cassette case is damaged, but they may not substitute copied cover art or liner notes for the originals. The CD, cassette, or packaging may have identification markings from its owner.

LPs: We follow the Goldmine Standard of Grading; please ask for a copy if you are interested.

Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Item must be returned in the condition that it was sold.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned merchandise except for defectives.
- Defective Returns: Please contact us if your item is defective. We will waive the restocking fee and pay for return shipping on all defective items. If your item arrives and is found to be NOT defective, the 15% restocking fee and return shipping will be applied to your refund.

Combining Orders: YES, we are happy to combine orders, please email us PRIOR to purchasing for a reduced shipping rate.

Shipping Costs/Postage
We charge buyers a flat rate for shipping, and funds are used to offset the costs of packaging and labor, as well as the actual postage required. In most cases, the amount of postage on the package will be less than the postage paid, this is because packaging costs and labor, plus postage cost are figured into our shipping costs. In most cases, we lose money on international shipment costs due to packaging costs.

Domestic Shipping:
Domestic Standard CD/Cass shipments are shipped within 36 hours via First Class Mail (LPS are shipped via Media Mail) and are expected to arrive within 2 to 10 business days after shipping (they may take as long as 21 business days). ALL items under 13oz with packaging are shipped first class mail, all items over 13oz with packaging are sent via Media Mail.

Domestic Expedited shipments are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail and are expected to arrive within 2 to 6 business days after shipping. We Do Not Use the following domestic services: Fed EX, Express Mail, Overnight, or UPS.

So How Long Will It Take? We use a variety of factors when calculating the estimated shipping time including location, address, the shipping option, picking, packing and local postal information and estimates. Our items are listed as “ships in 3 days” which means we are shipping daily and based on volume, it may take up to 3 days from the time you order your item and the day we ship your item.

If you order an item and select standard mail and we ship within 3 days and the USPS estimates standard mail to arrive within 4-6 days, you can see from the above graphic that your item will arrive between 7-9 days (excluding weekends)

International orders have an average estimated time of delivery of between 3 and 6 weeks depending on the weight, size and clearance of customs. On average, international orders take 3 weeks from order date.

Why So Long?
EXAMPLE 1: If you ordered your item on a Monday, your item would ship on Wednesday (2 business days), there would be 1-2 days of processing at our local PO branch, and according to the USPS, international items with first class postage take 5-10 business days from processing. The above then averages 3 weeks…remember, business days exclude weekends.

EXAMPLE 2: If you ordered your item on Thursday or Friday, your item would ship on Tuesday (2 business days, but 4-5 actual days), thus taking longer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Cracked Cases
Unless otherwise noted, all of our CD cases leave our facility without cracks, HOWEVER, international shipments can endure a significant amount of shock resulting in the jewel cases cracking. In order to keep our international postage costs down, we ship in bubble lined envelopes, due to the distance and environment, cracks will occur and you should be prepared for this. If we were to ship in cardboard sleeves, our shipping prices would increase to cover those costs and we feel that offering a cheaper shipping cost to our customers is worth the trade-off.
