When will I get my item?
Orders are typically sent within 1 business day, excluding weekends after receiving your payment. The shipment should arrive in 2-7 business days, excluding holidays. For expedited service, 2nd Day Air & Next Day are available. All shipping methods come with a tracking number.
How does combined shipping work?
Shipping is combined because we save money on shipping more than one item out so we pass the savings on to our customers. Buyers must pay for all items together to be eligible for combined shipping.
Do you ship to PO Box or military APO/FPO address?
Yes. APO/FPO address is shipped via USPS without insurance.
How do I return/exchange an item?
We honor returns on all unworn, new items purchased with a 30 day return policy. Exchanges will be subject to availability. Please read our return/exchange policy and contact our customer service for a return authorization prior to returning the item.
How do I know if this is the correct size for me?
Please use our size conversion chart as a good reference on shoes sizes. You can also email us to get measurements of a particular shoe.
