All Michigan residents must pay state sales tax at time of checkout.

Orders are processed daily Monday through Friday. All items are shipped within 48 business hours if payment is received and processed by PayPal. We do not ship during major U.S. holidays, including but not limited to Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year Eve and Day. Occasionally PayPal may take several days to approve a payment. We are not responsible for PayPal's practices.

Economy Shipping is complementary on most items shipped within the U.S., however, we do charge shipping costs on a few of the products offered. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Alternative shipping options that may be available for your purchase include Standard and Expedited Shipping options.

We offer shipping to Canada via FedEx, however, we will be unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Orders addressed to a P.O. Box in Canada will be canceled and refunded. We will also not offer replacements for Canadian orders. Please note international customers will be responsible for any import duties and taxes applicable to their order(s).

If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

At this time we do not offer shipping to Puerto Rico. Please be advised that we will cancel and refund any order placed by a buyer with a Puerto Rico or APO/FPO mailing address.

30 Day Warranty:
We are pleased to offer a 30 day warranty on this item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and believe the item you received is not as described, please notify us first before leaving feedback – we’d love the opportunity to fix the issue for you. Depending on our current inventory, a refund for the item or an exchange will be offered. All we ask is that you send the item back to us in appropriate packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.

No refunds will be offered if:
- We are not contacted within 30 days of the delivery date, and/or
- If you or a third party attempts to repair or unlock the device without first contacting us.
