HOTEL / MOTEL owners and managers…. Here is your chance to purchase outstanding furniture of the highest quality, to remodel your existing rooms.  This beautiful furniture will be coming out of The MGM Grand, in Las Vegas Nevada.   This premier hotel is undergoing their own massive remodel, and will be liquidating all the furniture from their rooms.   We are currently accepting reservations on these rooms.  We plan to load the furniture right from the MGM docks.  With only a single loading/unloading the furniture will keep its integrity.   So, the sooner you reserve your rooms the sooner you will receive them.  As of right now reservations are booked through the month of November 2011.  This process is weekly with approximately 174 rooms available per week.  You can reserve a minimum of one wing (approximately 48 rooms) or a maximum of 4000 rooms.  (For orders of greater than 400 rooms please contact us)  Reservation will require a minimum 50% deposit to secure a reservation date.  Balance of the purchase price is due prior to shipping. 

Also, there will be a number of high end suites available.  These rooms differ from the standard rooms in size, style and quantity.  There are several different types of suites, ranging from a deluxe suite to a 3 bedroom loft.   For more information and pricing on the suites, please call (702) 944-4200 ext. 240 or via email.
