Goods will be shipped within 2-3 working days upon receipt of full payment.  We will send email to confirm the shipment.  Our usual shipping method is the Hong Kong Post Airmail.  We ship worldwide.  Insurance (registered mail) is optional but highly recommended; and we will offer a tracking number (US$2/parcel) for each registered airmail shipment.  For normal airmail without registered (insurance), seller will not be responsible for parcel lost, damaged or stolen.  Normally, it takes 5-20 days for shipping to most parts of the world; but it will take longer for shipments to countries like Brazil, Italy and Spain.

In special cases that the parcels need to be checked by Customs, the delivery time may take 1 month.  If you can’t receive the parcel after a month, please kindly leave me message at E-Bay first, we will handle your case IMMEDIATELY.  Please DO NOT leave any negative feedback yet because we don’t have any control on those shipping companies and Customs.  What we can do is to react fast and serve you the best!!  Your kind understanding is greatly appreciated!

We offer satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us immediately after you receive your parcel.  Returns must include all original items undamaged and in re-saleable condition.  If your item arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials and notify us immediately, we will replace it or refund your money.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable; and buyer is responsible for shipping cost incurred for the returned shipment.
