Shipping Methods

We offer free shipping over $99 in the continental United States Only. For international shipping prices please call or email us.

Orders less than $90 will be charged a $15 shipping fee. Orders between $90-$99 will be charged a $7.50 shipping fee.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Ground, Expedited Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Early AM Delivery, Residents in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Countries out of the USA will be responsible for a small shipping fee.

If you would like Expedited shipping or any other type of shipping besides Standard Ground for your order please call or email us. Expedited shipping will be an additional charge based on the package weight and dimensions.

Shipping Policy Items in stock will be shipped out within 7-10 business days. Shipment times depend on the manufacturer and average between 3-12 business days.

Out- of -stock/ Back-ordered Products If you item(s) are out of stock or back-ordered you will be notified. Item(s) that are unavailable when purchased but will soon become available will be shipped than unless you inform us otherwise.

Pricing Error Lighting World has the right to cancel or refuse an order at which the price listed has been incorrect due to a typographical error; even if the order has been confirmed or payment has been completed. Your order will be canceled and a refund will be given.

Damaged Products Customers will have up to 7 days to report an item that was damaged during shipment. This item will be replaced free of charge. If parts are damaged than replacement parts will be shipped free of charge. After 7 days the customer will be responsible for a minor replacement fee and/or shipping charges.

Warranty All our products include a 5 year warranty. This warranty is against tarnishing and factory defects. Any item(s) that show defects or tarnishing during this time will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations: If you would like your order to be cancelled please contact us immediately. A cancellation notice will be sent to the manufacturer. If by any chance the manufacturer is unable to cancel the order an email will be sent to you and a cancellation fee will apply.

Returns: An item may be returned within 10 days of receiving it. The item must be in like-new condition and in original packing. It can not be assembled or installed prior to returning. Please call us at 877-414-2529 to begin the returns process. An email will than be sent to you with a Returns Goods Authorization number and return instructions. The package must be packed very carefully upon returning. Shipping funds will be not be refunded. When the package has been carefully checked and the item is in resalable condition a refund will be given.

Any item that is a sale, discounted, closeout, modified, or includes a promotional sale/ discount may not be returned.
