ITEM CLASSIFICATION--I classify all items I sell into one of 3 categories--NEW or VINTAGE or ANTIQUE. New items come directly from stores or from store-liquidation auctions. Vintage & Antique items come from estate sales or antique auctions. Antiques are anything over 50 years old while Vintage items are anything older than New but younger than Antique.

ITEM CONDITION & DESCRIPTION--All new items come from a smoke-free environment & all estate & vintage items have been smoke-free since acquired. But I can't say where they have been before that. All items are described honestly & accurately--to the best of my ability. But I am no expert on anything, so please always ask any questions you might have before bidding or buying!

PICTURE PROPS--Mannequins, rulers, hangers, stands & other props are often used in my photos. Props are meant only to add to your understanding of the item(s) being sold & are usually not themselves being sold in any listing in which they appear. If they are being sold, the listing will specifically mentioned them as a sale item. Please ask me if you are not sure what exactly is being sold in this listing.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS--I try to provide you with the best shipping option possible considering both cost & speed. I usually ship items through USPS. Delivery Confirmation Tracking is always added to your package & Insurance is added as needed. Both of these services are provided at no extra charge to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS--I try to provide you with the best shipping option possible considering both cost & speed. I once offered all USPS International shipping options, but this cost me money when items were lost in transit. So now I only ship via options that offer Delivery Confirmation Tracking & Insurance. Both of these services are provided at no extra charge to you.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS--Import duties, taxes, & charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

COMBINED SHIPPING--Combined shipping is always available, but sometimes combined weight means a higher weight class--which might not save you money. For instance, USPS First Class Mail can only be used for packages 13 ounces or less. USPS Media Mail is cheap but can only be used for certain items. A Flat Rate or Regional Box can save you some money when appropriate.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES--I use eBay's Shipping Calculator to set my shipping fees & a dollar is added to the price for handling. This dollar helps offset costs like delivery confirmation & insurance & packing materials. Please consider the shipping fees as part of your cost before you bid or buy.

RETURN POLICY--I pack your items the way I would want my items packed, but I cannot control my shipper, and accidents will happen. Returns are accepted only under certain circumstances--so check my return policy for details. Please note that the buyer pays all shipping costs--including return shipping.

FEEDBACK & STAR RATINGS--Feedback & star ratings are very important to eBay buyers & sellers. eBay uses both to determine how much to charge me for my store, so high scores from you can positively influence my ability to keep my store prices low.
