Compact Biodiesel Processor with Dry Wash Technology

You are looking at our model BD40LP Compact Commercial  Biodiesel Processor; capable of producing 250 gallons of ASTM Spec Biodiesel Fuel every 8 hours.

At a height of 51 inches and a foot print of 49 inches by 49 inches, the BD40LP (LOW PROFILE) is extremely efficient and portable, perfect for the Tool Shed or Yard Barn.

The batch size is 40 gallons, and it will take an hour for the first batch.

While the first batch is processing, you can be de/watering and pre-heating your second batch, and stay with me here.

While the second batch is processing, your are pulling glycerol from batch number one and sending it through the Freedom Clean Dry Wash Tower and into storage or your diesel vehicle, all while batch number 3 is de/watering and pre-heating.

All this is accomplished with minimal hands on time. You wll need to spend about 15 minutes of time per batch, then set your timer and go about your day.

Your new BD40LP (Low Profile) will be built with our NEW Control panel. It will feature a 6 hour master timer switch as well as a timer for Processing and Methanol Flash for the highest possible fuel quality.

Please note, the NEW BD40LP Processors are shipped with our new 15 Gallon Chamical Induction Cone Tank with Casters as pictured with our BD65 Processor.

Your BD40 will be shipped with everything you need to get started, you just need to supply the waste veggie oil and Methanol.
