Do you want your item to ship using standard shipping methods? I accept responsibility for any item not USPS confirmed delivered. Once confirmed by USPS as delivered you are responsible for the item(s) arrival. If your mailbox is not secure, email me a request for signature confirmation for $1.95 before you pay. Per email request, I offer shipping protection for your item by adding USPS insurance. You will be invoiced the actual cost of insurance fee (usually only $1 - $3).

Feedback/Seller Ratings:

I will leave positive feedback once payment has cleared and the item ships. Ebay and I care deeply about your satisfaction. I do care about my customers after a sale. How accurate is the item description? Read the full description carefully before leaving neutral or negative feedback. I list any known defects to items to ensure you are not surprised upon receipt.  I use protective packaging materials as appropriate to protect all shipped items from damage. 

How satisfied will you be with my communication? Communication is key to a satisfying transaction. I will continue to provide communication through-out our transaction together. I am prompt with communication (respond to questions within 1 business day). I take customer service personally making it vital to capture positive feedback from every transaction.  Ebay and I request that you contact me before you leave anything less than a 5-Star / Positive feedback rating.

How quickly will I ship the item(s)?

I will do everything humanly possible to ensure I exceed the estimated arrival time that is stated in my auction listings.

How reasonable are my shipping and handling charges?

If you like free shipping, shop my store for Jewelry!  I do charge reasonable shipping rates on auction items, and other categories. Reasonable to me means that the shipping and handling rate is intended to cover actual USPS shipping fees, packaging materials, handling time, gas to ship.

Returns:

Please ask any product specifications before bidding/purchasing to ensure this is the right product for your needs/ desire. Communication before the sale helps ensure a successful transaction. Product return should be considered as last resort and not a “ buy it and see if I like it transaction”. If you are dissatisfied with your item in any way, please contact me within 3 calendar days from the time postal delivery is confirmed.

I will provide various resolution options that are deemed better than my return policy.

If you are not satisfied with my resolution offers, buyer can reserve the right to return it for any reason within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping, 20% restocking fee, and seller's actual cost to ship the item (even if buyer received free shipping). 

Note: Due to the high demand of my items, it is expected that  returns are respectfully received within 7 calendar days from the time you first send notice of dissatisfaction. This is to help ensure the product is available for someone else that wants to  enjoy the purchase of the item.  For each day that exceeds the 7^th day, a return delay fee of 5% per day will be applied.  Verification of delivery will be based on USPS delivery tracking confirmation.

For example,  buyer decides to return a $20 necklace purchased with free shipping because it does not match his or her outfit. The buyer emails seller within 3 days stating the desire to return.  Seller provides resolution offers and buyer elects to use return policy instead. The buyer pays return shipping costs and seller receives items within 5 business days.  Seller processes a return credit $20.00 - $1.75 (actual shipping cost) - ($20 x 20% = $4.00) $4.00 restocking fee =  a total of $14.25 refund provided via buyer's Paypal account.

International Considerations:

Please note that your countries customs may charge you a Duty fee.  Shipping costs only covers the cost to mail the item, not any charges that your country may add to the item.

Buyer Requirements to select USPS First Class International Mail:

You may only select the USPS First Class which will include ShipSaver insurance option if you meet the following restrictions:

1.      You must confirm in an email or at check out that you accept and understand all rules and restrictions.

2.      Contact me via eBay email before leaving feedback if you are having any trouble with the shipment; if it has not arrived or is damaged.

3.      Agree that Ship time, or shipments that require claims will not affect feedback left for seller based on your decision to use this mail method service.

·         Shipments sent via USPS First Class International mail commonly take 30-60 days to arrive to certain countries. This is due to the shipping service, the time it takes for the package to go through customs, and the time it takes for the local carrier or courier to actually deliver the package. If you need your shipment faster,  select USPS Express Mail.

4.      In selecting USPS first class mail, you  agree to wait 50 days before requesting the seller to file a non-delivery claim through ShipSaver.

5.      If item arrives damaged, you agree that ShipSaver and not the seller is responsible to for shipment damage.

·         Seller will assist in filing the claim on your behalf, however, you must cooperate with any documentation that is needed to provide to insurance company and that the seller is not responsible for the outcome of the insurance claim.

·          ShipSaver requires you to keep the item and package as they originally received, take photographs, and to  contact seller immediately.

6.      The following countries are NOT covered by ShipSaver insurance and are not eligible for USPS First Class Mail:

·          Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia, Mexico (Truck/rail shipments to and within other than as a connecting conveyance), Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela. 

·         Any location that would be in violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Countries.

·         For shipments to Russian and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries (includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) coverage ceases upon touchdown of the aircraft at the airport of destination or upon discharge from the overseas vessel at the destination discharge port.

·         Shipments sent to countries that are embargoed by the United States or United Nations as sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) are also not covered.

7.      Purchases that select to ship USPS first class that are not in supported countries will be asked to upgrade to  USPS EMS Flat Rate service or the order will be canceled.

8.      You are responsible for understanding your  "Country Conditions for Mailing". Certain countries PROHIBIT specific items from being shipped to their country. If you  purchase  a prohibited item, there is no insurance coverage, nor refund eligibility as all parcels must be shipped in strict accordance with all regulations of the carrier and amendments thereto.
