This luxurious resort boasts accommodation selections for all tastes including standard rooms, premium rooms, 2 & 3 bedroom condominiums, 2 bedroom villas and spectacular vacation houses. At the heart of our resort is our world class clubhouse which features a relaxing atrium area, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a poolside tiki bar.
An assortment of watersport activities such as jet skiing, water skiing, canoeing, and pontoon boating can provide fun and excitement for family members of all ages.
Smaller lakes are scattered through our resort as well as conveniently located swimming pools, most of which feature crystal clean hot tubs. This is just one of the reasons families return to our resort for their vacation year after year.

What to expect: Located six miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, this 400-acre resort features lush landscaping, towering palms, fountains, and a 64-acre lake. Guests register at the resort's clubhouse, then proceed to four-story condominium buildings scattered throughout the property.
Amenity highlights: Leisure options include four outdoor splash pools, three spa tubs, two tennis courts, a miniature golf course (surcharge), a fitness center, an activity center, and an interactive water playground. Complimentary scheduled shuttle service is provided to the Disney theme parks.
Insider tip: A large shopping complex adjacent to the resort houses a grocery store, beauty salon, restaurant, and gas station. The Summer Bay Resort provides complimentary shuttle service to the complex upon request.
Family-friendly amenities include four outdoor splash pools, an interactive children's water park, a miniature golf course (surcharge), and two playgrounds. This Kissimmee resort also offers tennis courts, a fitness room, and three spa tubs. Summer Bay has 525 one- and two-and three-bedroom condos located in 18 four-story buildings with access via exterior corridors. All condos have furnished balconies, separate sitting areas, and kitchens with microwaves, refrigerators, stoves, blenders, toasters, coffeemakers, dishwashers, cookware, and dinnerware. Other amenities include washers and dryers, CD players, VCRs, in-room safes, complimentary premium channels, and complimentary dial-up Internet access (with local access).

State Sales/Occupancy tax of 13% will be added to your final bid price. This is required by the state of Florida. Please note if paying via paypal you will have to add in the tax as it only invoices for the base fee.
Individual Resorts may require a credit card at check in for security deposit and/or incidentals. All adult occupants must be 21 years old with major credit card. Seller is not responsible for fees charged by the resort such as parking, rollaway, beach service, occupancy tax (state of hawaii) or meals.
Individual unit decor may vary slightly from photos as condo are each individually owned. By listing this auction I verify that I am the actual travel agent or travel provider and not a third party affiliate. The travel/accommodations in this auction will be booked directly Through me and not an outside agency. I also verify that, other than the government taxes and related government fees stated within the listing description itself, there will be absolutely no additional fees, charges or after auction purchases associated with booking the travel within this listing.
This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Virginia without regards to conflicts of law principles. Any legal proceeding of any nature brought by either party against the other to enforce any right or obligation under this Agreement, or arising out of any matter pertaining to this Agreement, shall be submitted for trial, without jury, before the state or federal courts located in James City County, Virginia. The parties consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court and agree to accept service of process outside the state of Virginia in any matter to be submitted to any such court pursuant hereto, and expressly waive all rights to trial by jury regarding any such matter.
