Shipping charges include either curbside service or delivery to the ground floor or doorstep depending on the carrier. Delivery up or down stairs is not included. White Glove delivery is available in most areas - please inquire.

Delivery will be done according to the schedule of the shipping company. Any variance is subject to an additional charge.

In the unfortunate event that your merchandise arrives with damage, please note the damage on the delivery ticket and contact Design Furnishings immediately. Documentation of damages must be received within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not refuse delivery of an entire shipment due to damage of a particular item, as this will delay replacement of damaged merchandise. Any noted damage will be fixed or replaced at no cost to you.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 14 days for a refund less all shipping charges. Design Furnishings must authorize all returns and all items must be returned in original packaging in new condition. Merchandise without original packaging WILL be refused. Returned merchandise is subject to restocking fee.
