*DESCRIPTION: New! - "HOT PANTS" -Halter neck midriff top and hot pants shorts. Black lycra with HotPink/Silver metallic foil lycra foil overlays. Trim:Black sequins and Silver appliques. Matching foil lycra turban with appliques. GoGo Boots are NOT included and are NOT available. (Description is from costume catalog.
