TV deliveries :
OPEN & INSPECT THE BOX BEFORE SIGNING THE DRIVER'S PAPER and
please make sure to see if there is / are any damage(s) before
accepting delivery. If damage (s) is/are found then, PLEASE refuse
the shipment (Lucky Seven Inc. will handle RMA and insurance claims)
Otherwise, customer accepts all responsibilities for items and may
void any warranty on the product resulting from freight damage. In
case of exterior damage to the box, the driver's signature must be
obtained and the shipping receipt with a clear statement that the
box was damaged upon arrival for return authorization and insurance
purposes (we will handle the RMA and insurance claims). If you sign
for a damaged package, it is your responsibility for any damage to
the product and may void any warranty on the product.
