Returns

• Returns on items will only be accepted within 7 days of the date you receive your purchase.  A refund or exchange (given the circumstances) will be issued upon arrival of the product for which you are returning. PLEASE NOTE: Items that are advertised as "AS IS ONLY" are non-returnable due to the condition of the merchandise.

• All Sales are Final unless otherwise stated.  Lucky Seven Inc. may exchange or repair defective merchandise at its discretion.

• If a return is needed, the buyer must contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.  An RMA number will be issued for your return and we must receive the item within 10 days or the RMA will be cancelled permanently. All Returned Merchandise must be accompanied by an RMA number. Returned Merchandise without an RMA number will be refused.

• If return is authorized:  Shipping fees for returning the product is the buyer responsibility. Shipping of the replacement product will covered by us.

• When contacting us for return, please provide us with your ebay ID, ebay item number, payment method, date of payment, telephone number and email.

Shipping

• PAY PAL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AND CLEARED PRIOR TO LOCAL PICKUP! Please call ahead of time so we may suit your pickup needs to provide a no hassle pickup experience for you. For freight deliveries shipping dimensions and weights will be clearly stated in our advertisement.  Items must be picked up or freight arrangements must be made within 7 days of winning your auction.  PLEASE NOTE: We only ship to 48 continental states within the USA.  Shipping and handling fees are for the  lower 48 states only. 

• Please contact us to arrange for local pick up.

• We do not ship internationally.

• We only ship to listed Paypal address. All requests for shipping to any other another address than your listed Paypal address will not be accepted.

• Please contact us if item is being shipped to a APO/FPO or PO Box Address.

• All items shipped are insured. Should an item arrive damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, no exceptions. All original packing materials, including peanuts, bubble wrap, box, shipping labels, etc., should be present at time of inspection by shipping claim inspector. If original packaging materials are not present at time of inspection, your claim may be denied. • TV deliveries : OPEN & INSPECT THE BOX BEFORE SIGNING THE DRIVER'S PAPER and please make sure to see if there is / are any damage(s) before accepting delivery. If damage (s) is/are found then, PLEASE refuse the shipment (Lucky Seven Inc. will handle RMA and insurance claims) Otherwise, customer accepts all responsibilities for items and may void any warranty on the product resulting from freight damage. In case of exterior damage to the box, the driver's signature must be obtained and the shipping receipt with a clear statement that the box was damaged upon arrival for return authorization and insurance purposes (we will handle the RMA and insurance claims). If you sign for a damaged package, it is your responsibility for any damage to the product and may void any warranty on the product.
