Our shipping days end at 12PM Eastern Time.  Your package can take 1-2 days before they ship out due to the volume of shipments we incur.  In some cases, if you pay before 12PM Eastern time, we can ship same day. Returns

If you aren't satisfied with your part, you can obtain an RA ("Return Authorization") number by calling 1-888-986-3373, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. We want to know why you're returning the product, and if there's a mistake on our part, we'll do the necessary correction to guarantee your satisfaction. We'll cover return shipping costs by scheduling a time for your product to be picked up from your location and returned to us.

Items covered by this return policy should be in new condition and have all the original parts or accessories included when they are returned. Items that have been installed, but show defects in materials or workmanship, will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The information stated here is a guideline to our return policy.
