SHIPPING:
When you purchase this item from us, you can rest assure your order will be quickly processed and sent out THE SAME DAY. All items sold are physically on-hand at our own warehouse facility. This enabled us to offer our customers SAME DAY SHIPPING when the payment is received by 3pm CST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays & weekend). Orders received after 3pm CST will be sent the following business day (Monday-Friday).
Many of our competitors are strictly internet drop-shipper with absolutely no inventory on-hand. This causes significant shipping delay and take several days or weeks before your order is shipped.

RETURN POLICY:
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the product (brand new only) within 30 days from original ship date. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The returning product must be in brand new condition and includes all original packaging & accessories. We do not accept returns on any product that has been used and/or installed. |
