You are purchasing 1 great ticket(s) to this event. The
buy-it-now price is for all 1 tickets (and NOT per ticket).
Please Note: All seats are ALWAYS consecutive
seats, unless stated otherwise.
We do NOT substitute
tickets. You will receive the exact tickets as denoted within this listing. As we process orders from various sources (e.g. website,
phone, eBay, etc...), your order is NOT confirmed until you receive an
email confirmation from us with your order number. In rare circumstances
when these tickets are no longer available, a representative will
contact you to offer comparable, or better, replacement tickets. If you
choose not to accept the replacement tickets, you will be issued a full
refund.
Shipping
We ship our tickets via USPS and Federal Express to ensure secure delivery. A signature may be required. You
will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your tickets ship. 1st Class Mail may take 7-10
business days and Priority Mail may take 3-5 business days. Should you want
faster shipping, you may choose other shipping methods by Federal Express at check out.
Winning bids and payments placed after 4 PM Eastern Standard Time or on
the weekends or holidays may ship the following business day.
Note: If the event is within 7 business days when payment is received for purchase, you will be required to use Federal Express shipping.
We Ship
Domestically (USA) and to Canada at the following flat rates: FREE- USPS 1st Class Mail (Continental US only) $20.00 - FedEx Standard Overnight $30.00- FedEx Priority/Saturday $40.00 - FedEx
International (Canada only)
Other Delivery methods, if available: $5.00 per ticket - Email $10.00- Will Call or Local Pick up
Shipping is for all tickets ordered, and not per ticket.
We will only ship to PayPal
confirmed addresses. Please do not bid on this listing if you are
unwilling to use a confirmed address. When an event is within a few days away some tickets
may be available for will call, email, or local pick up. If your
tickets need to be picked up at will call or a local pick up, you
must call us to let us know who will be picking up the tickets. That
person will need to bring a photo ID in order to pick-up the tickets.
Tickets
ship as
soon as they are in hand. 95% of the time that means within 2-3
business days of receipt of payment. Sometimes tickets will ship
closer to the event date if we are still waiting on tickets from the
venues. If
tickets are not available to ship within 2-3 business days, you will
be contacted by email.
Delivery of tickets
can be as late as the day of the event. If you do not receive your
tickets at least 2 days prior to the event, please call or email us.
Holiday Sports Tours is not responsible for late deliveries if you do
not contact us by email or phone at least 2 days prior to the event
to advise us that you have not received your tickets.
Policies
PayPal is the only method of payment.
You can pay through PayPal using a credit card, debit card, or bank
account.
Payment must be made within 24 hours at the close of the auction or your tickets may not be available.
Your
winning bid or "Buy It Now" purchase is a legally binding contract
that requires the bidder to follow through with payment for the
auction or store item. If you cannot make this commitment, please do
not purchase or
submit an offer. Your bidding and purchasing on
our item(s) indicates that you have read and understand all of the
condition of purchase and agree with them.
Tickets: The
tickets you are purchasing may be one of the following: Electronic
Tickets "E-Tickets" or Paper Tickets, Ticketfast Tickets, Hard or
Cardboard tickets. NOTE: Any paper or E-Tickets can not be transferred
to Hard Tickets.
In
the event that the listing has an incorrect price or incorrect
information due to typographical error or error in pricing or ticket
information that is received from our suppliers, Holiday Sports Tours
reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion. In the
event that the tickets you ordered are no longer available or if we
are unable to fill the order as you requested, we would contact you by
phone. So please be sure to include your phone number at check
out. We will try to upgrade your tickets or may offer you alternate
seats for the same price if the original seats you requested are not
available.
Due
to the changing market conditions, Holiday Sports Tours reserve the
right to change the location of the tickets to a comparable or better
seating location.
Ticket availability and prices quoted are
subject to change without notice until orders are confirmed and
payment has been received.
Damaged or
Lost Shipments: In
the case of shipping damage or lost items as a result of shipping, the
recipient of the item must first make a claim with the shipment carrier.
The claim must also be complete before distribution of reimbursement
can take place.
Refunds:
Refunds are
issued only if the event is officially canceled and NOT postponed or
rescheduled for another date. Full auction price, less shipping charges,
will be provided for officially canceled events. For officially
canceled events, refunds must be requested no later than 10 days after
the scheduled event date. Tickets must be mailed back to our office to
receive refund.
Please note: We
are
not notified of canceled events. It is the buyer's responsibility to
confirm changes to the date or time of event. Postponed or rescheduled
events will not be refunded. Original tickets will be used for the new
event date. In some cases, the auction price is above the face value of
the ticket and discovering this upon delivery of your tickets IS NOT
grounds for canceling your order or attempting to challenge the purchase
with PayPal or your credit card provider. All sales are final. Refunds
are gladly issued only if the event is officially canceled.
Seating Chart: Venue
seating chart is based on the most accurate seating details which have
been disclosed to the public by the ticketing agency, event venue
website or event venue box office. We cannot be responsible for changes
or errors in the seating layout. Floor plans vary from show to show
and, things like, stage set up or sound board location can alter the
seating layout. We guarantee to tell you what is printed on the
tickets, including, the Section, Row and Seats # (only if the seat
numbers are disclosed within the listing). As a value added service to
our clients, we attempt to make a good faith, or bonafide attempt,
to denote the seating location on the venue seating chart. As the venue
seating is not within our direct control, we cannot be held responsible
for guaranteeing the exact location of any seats. Any questions you
have with the seating location should be forwarded to the event venue
box
office. At the request of any potential bidder, we will gladly furnish
the event venue box office number for any of our listings.
We are not affiliated with Ticketmaster or
any other ticketing company, any box office, venue, performing artist
or sporting organization such as: NBA, NFL ,NHL, MLB, NCAA, NASCAR,
USTA, PGA, LPGA, USGA, WNBA or any other sporting organization. All
logos and names of any of the aforementioned are used for purposes of
factual description only. Tickets may be priced above or below the
original box office cost, or face value. Due to the cost of securing tickets along with the service that is provided, almost all seats are sold at above face value.
