Due to the expense involved with shipping large items, we encourage all buyers to make their selections carefully and to take their purchases very seriously. We work on small margins in order to bring you great quality at an exceptional price. In order for us to continue doing so, we adhere to a strict return and cancellation policy: As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process of fulfillment. Therefore, there is a 15% restocking fee on all order cancellations. If the item has already shipped at the time of cancellation, all shipping costs involved in getting the merchandise back to us will be deducted from the amount refunded. Once the shipment arrives at your destination, it is your sole responsibility to inspect all merchandise. If any item does not meet expectations for any reason, you must contact us immediately. If you wish to return an item due to general objection or improper measuring (will not fit through the door, down a hallway, up a staircase, etc.) we will refund the total amount less shipping charges, less the cost of the fuel (which can not be returned) and a 15% restocking fee. Before returning the item, you must eMail us to obtain a return form, authorization number and instructions. All shipping and insurance charges associated with a return must be paid by you. Returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days after delivery and be in unused, perfect condition. Any merchandise returned more than 3 days after delivery, in unsatisfactory condition or not accompanying an authorization number will not be accepted. In the instance of damage or loss, manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will provide an immediate replacement at no cost to you. We do require your full cooperation with the claim process and that you retain all original packaging. Fuel can not be returned because it is a flammable liquid (HAZMAT) requiring special handling and permits. Generally speaking, you as an individual, would not be allowed to ship a hazardous material since you would not have the proper permits.
