  Return Policy

  　

  • All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number please e-mail us to obtain the RMA number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.

  • Buyer must pay shipping on all returned items.

  • Damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours.

  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging within 30 days.

  • All returned items will be examined once they have been received (usually within 72 hours of receipt). Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days but shipping.

  • We will not reimburse for customs, import duties and taxes. These charge are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event a package is refused, carrier will return the package to us and charge us return fee. We will reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee plus any return fess charge to us in order to recover the refused package. We will not refund any shipping costs once an item is refused.
