POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

NO RESERVE:  Unless specified in the description, we never put a reserve on our products. We have started our auction pricing at a fair, below retail price and want you to enjoy bidding on our items without the concern of running into a reserve amount.

QUICK SHIP:  Unless otherwise specified, we send our items either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, including items that are sold with FREE shipping. Larger items may be sent via UPS Ground in order to reduce your shipping costs. A quote for expedited shipping will be provided upon request.

Combined shipping is available for all of our products and we will be glad to give you a reasonable quote based on the items in which you are interested.

HANDLING TIME:  Our standard handling time is one business day after we receive your payment via PayPal.  If your payment is received by noon (US Central Standard Time), it will go out on the day you pay. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next business day after payment.

FEEDBACK:  Feedback is a very important part of the eBay experience. We are happy to leave positive feedback on all purchases, provided the purchase follows the policies set forth by eBay and on each item we sell. If there is every an issue with an item we have sold, please contact us first for resolution and we will be happy to resolve the matter together. We ask in turn that you leave us a 5 star rating and positive feedback as ratings are very important to our success on eBay.

PAYMENT:  We accept payments through PayPal only. Payment is due within 3 days of winning an auction of one of our items. Payment is due immediately for a Buy It Now item. We understand that emergencies occur and would ask the courtesy of an email if you are unable to pay within 3 days. On the 4^th day, if we have not heard back from you, we will file a non-payment case with eBay. After 7 days the item will be relisted and the buyer will be reported to eBay. We are reasonable and will work with you if you just communicate with us.

RETURN POLICY:  We offer a three day return policy on all our items. We will refund your money for the cost of the item only, not for shipping. You are required to pay for shipping to get the item back to us. Please contact us first, before returning an item, so we can discuss the reasons and help resolve any issues.

ITEM DESCRIPTION:  We do our best to follow all of eBay guidelines when determining the correct description of our items. If you ever feel that a description was not correct or didn’t meet those guidelines please contact us for resolution. Our goal is to operate with integrity and for all of our clients to feel like they got a good deal, with an accurate description.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  We are happy to ship any of our items Internationally to Canada, North and South American, Europe, and Australia. If an item does not already have the costs for International shipping, please contact us for the shipping costs.

International Buyers - Please Note:

- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

-These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

-We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts"

- US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
