- Q. When do you ship out the items?
A. We ship out all items within 1 working days after payment is received and cleared.
- Q. Your shipping charges are rather high. Do you give discounts or combine shipping?
A. About the combine shipping like you said, yes, we can combine shipping but you need pay the shipping cost for each item,because the shipping cost depend on the weight of each item, and our listing price for this item is already the lowest price on ebay site.
- Q. Which shipping courier does sz_focus use?
A. As we are a Chinese owned general trading and wholesale company located in Shenzhen, China right next to Hong Kong. We use the HongKong Postal services to send our items.
- Q. Which countries do you ship to?
A. We ship worldwide.
- Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes Addresses?
A. Yes. However, we can only ship by non registered post to such addresses as this is the only method that does not require a signature on receipt.
- Q. How can I track my order?
A. 3USD is insurance cost, if you pay for it, we will ship your item in registered airmail and provide the tracking number to you. If you do not want to pay for it, that is ok. I will ship your item in flat airmail. You can make your choice.
- Q. What payment methods do you have?
A. For international transactions, we only accept payment via paypal.
- Q. Do you accept credit card payments?
A. We are only able to accept credit card via PayPal only.
- Q. Do you accept returns or do refunds?
A. Yes, we do but only in the following situation:
1) Item received is not what you have ordered. Example is that you ordered a bracelet, but received some necklace cases. We will resend a new item you ordered to you within 1 working day.
2) Item received damage. In this case, we would require proof of damage. Reissue or Full refund would be given within 1 working day.
- Q. What if I do not receive my items at all? Do you refund?
A. If you have opt for registered airmail or express delivery and did not receive your items, we will investigate from the tracking number. Usually, we will refund the item price in full; For flat airmail by HongKong post, refunds for item price only(excluding shipping) might be granted on a case by case basis.
- Q. What if I misunderstood the description and have bought the item in error?
A. In cases like this, we are sorry but we could not offer you a refund, unless you are willing to bear the shipping cost to return the item to us in as-new condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will then refund you minus the shipping cost.
- Q. What if I can't find something that I want? Can you source it for me?
A. If you can't find something that you want, please contact us to inquire. We are always willing to assist you.
- Q. What if item is no longer available after I have paid?
A. In cases like this, you can cancel your order and get refund in full or wait for some days, we will ship out your item as soon as the item is availble. We will, of course, inform you as soon as possible if this happens.
