Payment

All items must be paid within 3 days after close of auction!  If not paid, Buyer revokes all rights to item, the transaction will be canceled and the item will be relisted.  We understand that occasionally things happen, if you can not pay within the time frame please contact us so we can make other arrangements.

All California residents who purchase through us will be charged sales tax.  I am required by the State Board of Equalization to collect this on their behalf.  

We currently accept payment through PayPal only.

Shipping

All items are shipped parcel post or first class, if able.  If quicker delivery is needed, please notify us so that we change the type of delivery and adjust your invoice if needed.  Shipping prices are for the contiguous 48 states only. 

Packages are shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday and Holidays).

FOR INTERNATIONAL S/H CHARGES PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO GIVE YOU THE SHIPPING/HANDLING AMOUNT.

-IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ITEM PRICE OR SHIPPING CHARGES.  THESE CHARGES ARE THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

-PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR COUNTRIES CUSTOMS OFFICE TO DETERMINE WHAT THESE ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL BE PRIOR TO BIDDING/BUYING.

-THESE CHARGES ARE NORMALLY COLLECTED BY THE DELIVERING FREIGHT/SHIPPING COMPANY OR WHEN YOU PICK THE ITEM UP.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if item is not as described.  We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of item.

Description: WE WISH TO MAKE CLEAR TO POTENTIAL BUYERS THAT ALL ITEMS, NEW AND USED, ARE SOLD AS IS. We do our best to describe each item accurately, pointing out any flaws. We provide additional detailed pictures, which provide visual detail of our descriptions, showing everything included in the listing. If it is not in the pictures than it is not included in the purchase.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly read the description and to look at all the pictures. To the best of our ability, we provide in the description the operation, condition and functionality of the listed item. We ask that buyers accept the responsibility of their purchase. Many of the items that are sold come from other places such as estate sales etc, once in my possession they are stored in a clean and smoke free home.
