We do our absolute best to ship ASAP most items get out of our wharehouse within 24 hrs but do to seasonal variations we ask that you give us 72 hrs.  You should receive a shipping conformation via email once your item has shipped.

In the rare and unfortunate circumstance that we accidentally ship the wrong item or your item is delivered damaged please contact us by using the "contact seller link".  We will issue you an RA number for the return.  Returns without an RA number will not be processed.
