All Ohio state residents or purchasers utilizing our local pickup option will be charged sales tax in the amount of 7.75% at the time of checkout unless a valid exempt certificate can be provided.

Payment must be received within 2 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 2 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

We only shipped to confirmed addresses in Paypal.  Please do not ask us to ship to another address.

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday)

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction. We only ship to confirmed addresses on your Paypal Account. The shipper we utilize is of our choice unless arranged in advance of bid or purchase.

We will combine shipping if you purchase more than one item. If you would like to request combined shipping, please do so before you pay by sending a message with your zip code for a quote, or requesting a total before you pay but after you commit to buy the items.  Remember, the size of your item will dictate whether combined shipping is an option. If for some unexpected reason we are out stock of the item, we will refund your money within 24 hours of discovery. Any item damaged will result in a damaged claim through shipping company. The shipping company inspects all items. They will pick up the item along with all packing materials. The claim process can take 3-4 weeks. Refunds will be issued once claim process is completed. Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable.

International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Please do not ask us to change values on customs labels.  Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.

LOCAL PICK-UP:  This item is available for local pick-up at our retail storefront in Westlake, Ohio (western suburb of Cleveland).

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
