Payment must be made within 7 days after auction ends. You may pay for your purchase via PayPal or, if you prefer, you can email us with your request. If your payment has not been received within 7 days, an unpaid item dispute will be filed and the item will be relisted.
For payments made via PayPal, be sure that you include the correct shipping address and send any notes regarding shipment (or anything else!) to us directly via email. Do not include notes in the PayPal payment as those are often overlooked and we may never receive it.

Shipping offer is ONLY valid for physical US addresses in the lower 48 states. Please inquire about shipping costs to all other US addresses, including APO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii.
We are determined to make sure that your purchase arrives safely to you in an efficient manner. We ship ONLY UPS Ground and/or USPS Priority Mail for all Pottery Barn purchases, and we include insurance for all domestic shipments. Therefore, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, we take responsibility, not you. Please know that we chose the shipping method (either UPS or USPS) at the time we ship your purchase, regardless of which shipping method is listed in the terms of the listing.
Orders are sent out as quickly as possible. Domestic purchases typically ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). You can expect to receive your domestic purchase within 5-10 business days from purchase, and will receive an email confirming shipment and includes a tracking number.
International shipping is via USPS Express and Priority Mail International. You, as the international buyer, chose which method you'd prefer. Please know that you are also responsible for all additional import fees, including duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and brokerage fees. Please be aware of the fees for your specific destination, as we don't want you to be surprised at the fees when your package arrives! International shipments CANNOT be marked as GIFT, and the exact value that you pay for the item must be declared on the customs forms, or our business will be placed in jeopardy. International purchases are expected to ship within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday), and shipping time will vary depending on what country you are located in and which shipping method you chose. We no longer offer UPS Standard as an international option due to the brokerage fees they charge upon arrival at the international destination.
Insurance and delivery confirmation are included for all domestic shipments. International shipments are insured until they leave the US. Once it has left the United States, we cannot be held responsible any longer.
