Auction Terms
|
All sales final. Seller reserves the
right to cancel auction at any time due to pre-auction-close
sale. We also reserve the right to cancel bids from bidders with
Negative Feedback. Please do not bid unless you fully expect to
purchase the item. Please do not assume anything. If you have
any questions regarding this auction be it regarding shipping or
the product or anything else, please have them clarified before
you place your bid. We try our best to provide you with an image
of the item being sold. If you do not see an accessory in the
image, or if there is no mention in the description, unless you
confirm it with us, consider it not available. If you bid
and do not follow through, Negative Feedback will be
posted, we file a non-paying bidder report as part of the
auction process. We reserve the right NOT TO SELL our item if
the high bidder backs out. By bidding you agree to our terms
listed in their entirety. We reserve the right to cancel sale if
auction provider is down during the last hour of bidding.

Notification
|
We will typically
notify you within 24 hours (72 hours on weekends) of the close
of the auction. ALL CORRESPONDENCE MUST CONTAIN THE AUCTION# FOR
FASTEST POSSIBLE SERVICE. We expect you to respond to our emails
within 3 days of close of the auction. PLEASE
WAIT FOR AN E-MAIL INVOICE BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT. Once we send
an invoice we expect payment within 14 days. If item is not paid
for within that time seller retains the right to cancel the
sale.

US Payments
|
All payments should be payable to: Kaye
Lites, Inc. We prefer traditional payment methods but we also
accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express (US Card Holders
Only, Maximum total purchase $2000) & PayPal. Items can only
be shipped to the authorized address of the credit card. (Credit
Card authorization form). Most items are shipped the
day after the funds clear.

| Shipping |
Items
are now available for pick-up at our fully stocked store.
Sales tax is required on all in-store sales, A $5 dollar
in-store service charge applies to all eBay sales held for pick-up.
Included in any flat shipping cost is a $6.00 per box handling
& packing fee to offset materials and labor, when not a flat
rate, but calculated shipping, it is added to your actual
shipping costs. Email us your shipping ADDRESS
& contact PHONE #'s for shipping & invoicing. Let us
know if the address is aBUSINESS or RESIDENCE.
Home offices are considered residences. We don't ship
to PO Boxes. You may consolidatepurchases
to save on freight & packaging charges. Most items are
shipped the next day after the funds clear. All shipping charges
are to be paid by the auction winner. We ship by UPS & USPS.
We calculate shipping via web calculator with insurance at least
equal to the amount of the sale. PLEASE
WAIT FOR AN E-MAIL INVOICE including all chargesBEFORE
SENDING PAYMENT or ARRANGING FOR PICK-UP. |

Sales Tax
|
In certain instances drop-shipped
items may be subject to your state sales tax rate if the
manufacturer has a distribution center in your state.
Massachusetts Residents please add 6.25 percent sales tax. |

|
At Kaye Lites, we strive to provide
you the best products and service possible. If you are not
satisfied for any reason with any NEW item, please contact us
immediately. |

Warranties (US
Only)
|
We
sell a mix of factory new, factory refurbished, and used
equipment. All new equipment sold is covered by any existing
manufacturer's warranty. All refurbished equipment is typically
covered by the refurbisher. All used equipment is sold AS-IS
unless a warranty on the used product is stated in the ad. Bid
with confidence, check our feedback, we do not mislead on the
products we offer for sale.
Items that are specifically warranted may be returned
for repair or replacement only. In the event the item
cannot be repaired or replaced your money will be refunded less
shipping and handling/packing charges. Before returning
any items contact us for a return shipment authorization number.
Items returned without a return shipment authorization number
will be refused or held for customer pickup. See Kaye
Lites' sales terms and return policy. |

of Liability |
While we strive to be as accurate and
informative as possible, Kaye Lites, Inc. shall not be held
responsible for inaccurate entries or incorrect information;
including misprints, typographical or photographic errors in
listings or advertisements representing the item (s) we sell.
In the event of an incorrect price the customer will be
contacted immediately. If you see contradictory
information or suspect an error in the listing please contact
us. |
