       "HAVE A VERY MICE CHRISTMAS"

  Soft Toy/Decorations Knitting Pattern

   for you to make

   for your special little people

Either to hang on the tree, make stocking fillers,

put inside crackers,  decorate your Christmas table

hang on the crib/pushchair

or simply to be played with.

These delightful little 4ply knitted mice measure 4" sitting

with floppy, poseable legs and arms.

They can add their charm to your Christmas.

The tiny 2" ornaments (cracker, stocking, bauble, gift bag)

have lovely detail to delight children.

The tree decoration which doesn't have

to be stored away after Christmas

but can be given to the children.

"...twas the night before Christmas

and all thru the house

nothing was stirring except for a mouse.

He crept in my room to see I was sleeping

and scampered downstairs, all the while keeping

as quiet as a mouse.

He climbed up the branches to dance on my tree

and nobody knew he was there except me.."

This fun and easy pattern includes :

Instructions to make a 4" Christmas Mouse hanging decoration with

Baggy Shorts          Cracker (2" high)

Neckerchief          stocking (2" high)

Angel Wings      Gift Bag (2" high)

Angel dress         Christmas Bauble  (2" high)

Holly Leaf     Holly Berries

Pattern also includes instructions to make

A  Christmas stocking  in DK yarn (19 inches long x 5" wide))

complete alphabet chart for putting your

child's name and its

own tiny 4" tall removeable mouse.

For all of you who dislike D.P's and knitting

in the round, this sock is

very easy.  Knitted on 2 straight needles

and only requires basic skill.

The underlying pattern makes a perfectly useful

pair (if you knit 2!) of ladies socks (7"-10" foot)

I have used 4 ply to make them very tiny (the mice not the socks!)

but you could equally make them in DK

if you have plenty of that in your oddments.

They would just come up a little bigger.

You will not require any bought haberdashery or trimmings

All items are entirely knitted in 4ply yarn (or DK)

These are designed to be toys as well as decorations, to be loved and played with by tiny hands.  Therefore

they do not include glue, cardboard, wire, straws

or any choking hazards.

They can be made from left over yarn and will be totally

machine washable and provide absolutely safe

fun for all ages.

Most knitters want to knit, not sew or faff around with glue

or buy expensive glass eyes and buttons.

Therefore, all parts can be

knitted, usually from left over yarn you already have.

The pattern is quite simple and easy to follow and I am happy

to give guidance and help.  I am always at the end of an email.

To reward those loyal customers who make multiple purchases,

if you buy 2 patterns in one day, I will happily

send you a 3rd 'Abigail Original' pattern of your

choice as a 'Thank You'.

I will send your 'Easy to Read' pattern on CD-r

for you to print out on your computer.

I will also send you some really useful, copyright

free patterns as an additional 'thank you'.

If you are a beginner/basic knitter don't look at

the picture and think 'I can't do that' -

I bet you can with support from me.

 I don't do 'difficult' either.

For those of you who knit for profit, or particularly

fund raising, you are absolutely welcome to sell

your knits wherever you please with my blessing.

I am so thrilled that some of you are using my designs

to help raise funds for homeless children in

shelters and other worthy childrens causes.

The pattern itself however is my copyrighted

design and may not be reproduced in any other form.

You are buying the PATTERN with instructions

to make all items described above, NOT

the actual items pictured.
