Gibson Songwriter Deluxe Standard EC Acoustic Electric Guitar 

This is the $3,199.99 version of this guitar.  It has barely been played and comes from a humidity controlled environment (I keep my home at 50% humidity year round).  It has never been gigged and shows no fret wear at all.  Comes in the original hard shell case with all the Gibson documents/paperwork.  USA made.  It plays like a dream and sounds even better plugged in.  The action on it now is medium but it's never had a professional setup.  It could use a new set of strings.  The guitar does not have any dents or dings at all.  If there are any spots on it, I can't see them.  I would rate it a 9.75 out of 10 easily.  If I had to estimate, I would guess the playing time is less than 20 hours.
