We are a friendly, family run business that supply books to thousands of customers each year. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and aim to achieve complete satisfaction from all our customers.

All the books we sell are brand new, exactly the same as the ones in the local shops and should reach you in a perfect condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order when it arrives then please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any problems. Please don’t leave negative feedback before contacting us first as we can normally work out a way to make you happy with the service you have received.

We are only able to accept payment through Paypal as this is the safest way to send and receive money online. You are also able to pay with a credit or debit card via Paypal even if you don’t have an account with them.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours after receiving payment. Orders that are placed over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday morning.

Depending upon your location it can take from 5 to 12 working days for your order to be delivered.

Occasionally items get mislaid in the post. If your item fails to arrive then please contact us. We will start a missing item investigation and endeavour to locate your order, where necessary we will send a replacement or refund. Please do not leave us negative feedback before contacting us first as we will always try our best to resolve any problems.

We are happy to accept returns on items. Please contact us to obtain the full  return address.

If your book is damaged or we have made an error with your order then we will pay the return postage costs.

If you are returning it because you decide you no longer require it or you have ordered the wrong book then you will need to pay for the postage.

If you need to ask us any questions, please send us a message via the normal eBay messaging system and we will respond within 24 hours.
